We have embraced the Queen's Platinum Jubilee at St Mary's this term and the children have taken part in lots of activities planned by the teachers, including:
EYFS Garden Party - the rain didn't ruin this fun afternoon!
Jubilee Garden - Year 1 & 3 have created a pretty garden area as part of their plant studies
Queen's Green Canopy - our oak tree was planted and is doing very well!
Portraits of the Queen - each class created a wonderful representation of Her Majesty using difference techniques and we had an art show for parents
Commemorative Clay Tile Designs - the children had a wonderful time at Alabastar Jar creating their very impressive designs
